Dr. Armstrong is the medical director at Bay Area Rehabilitation Hospital in Webster, Texas. Bay Area Rehab is a new, state of the art facility in Webster, Texas that specializes in providing a highly specialized 45 bed, in-patient acute rehabilitation hospital, with a unique 14 bed secured traumatic brain injury unit as well as outpatient rehabilitative services. Patients undergo a more intense rehabilitation program of physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy to improve their mobility and independence for returning home in the community.
